We welcome you and listen
At the front desk you are greeted by our team. Your doctor discusses the reason for your visit, your medical history and any previous treatments, every detail matters for a correct diagnosis.

The clinical examination
The doctor examines your teeth, gums and oral mucosa. If you come in with pain, it takes priority: first we solve the emergency, then we talk about the rest.

The X-ray, right in the clinic
When imaging is needed, the X-ray is taken on the spot, on the clinic's premises, with high-performance equipment and minimal exposure. No time wasted traveling to another center.

Diagnosis and treatment plan
You get explanations in plain language: what we found, what the options are, how long each one takes and what it costs. You leave with a clear plan, no price surprises along the way.

Scheduling your treatment
Together we set the calendar of appointments, based on medical priorities and your own schedule. For more expensive treatments, we can also walk you through our installment financing options.
Frequently asked questions before your first visit
How much does the first consultation cost?
The dental consultation is 100 lei, the orthodontic consultation 150 lei and the surgical consultation 150 lei, as per the clinic's price list. If an X-ray is needed, it is taken in the clinic (periapical 30 lei, panoramic 90 lei).
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your ID and, if you have them, recent X-rays or medical documents (referral letters, a list of treatments or medications you are taking). If you wear braces or old prosthetic work, tell your doctor.
How long does the first visit take?
Usually between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on how complex your situation is, time in which the doctor examines you, takes an X-ray if needed and explains your treatment plan.
I'm in pain. Will you treat me on the first day?
Emergencies come first: if you have acute pain, the doctor treats it during your very first visit, and the rest of the treatment plan is set afterwards. Call us before you come, so we can see you as quickly as possible.
I'm afraid of the dentist. How can you help?
You are far from alone, fear of the dentist is very common. Our doctors explain every step before taking it, treatments are done under local anesthesia where needed, and you set the pace too: you can ask for a break at any time.
Can I bring my child for their first visit?
Yes, the general recommendation is for a child's first visit to happen early, around the time the first teeth erupt. With us, children are looked after by the doctor in charge of pediatric dentistry, at a gentle pace, so their first experience at the dentist is a positive one.
Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
We recommend booking, online or by phone, so you don't have to wait. No appointment is needed for X-rays: they are taken on the clinic's premises, during opening hours.
